From a sourcing desk to a size bank.
PackWorks is the packaging arm of Velun. We started by solving our own problem — finding reliable boxes in small quantities — and turned it into a catalogue.

Started as a packaging desk sourcing boxes for Haryana food processors and NCR D2C brands.

Standardised the size bank — 290+ stock sizes, nine colour mailers, pizza and food boxes.

Launched packworks.velun.in: online pack pricing, UPI checkout, GST invoices and pan-India dispatch.
Sustainability
Corrugated board is one of India's most recycled materials. Our kraft liners use recycled fibre, boxes ship flat to cut freight volume, and we avoid laminates that block recycling.
Quality checks
Every production lot is checked for board GSM, flute integrity, glue-flap strength and dimension accuracy before it enters the size bank.

Dispatched from Karnal on the Delhi–NCR corridor — which keeps north-India lead times short and lets us serve the rest of India on tracked surface courier.
