Terms of sale

PackWorks is a wholesale supplier. Orders are accepted from businesses, professionals and individuals buying for commercial use in India. By placing an order you confirm you are 18+ and authorised to buy for the entity named on the invoice.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees per pack and are exclusive of GST. GST at the rate applicable to each HSN code (currently 18% for corrugated boxes under HSN 4819) is added at checkout and itemised on your tax invoice. For GST-registered buyers who provide a valid GSTIN, the invoice carries your GSTIN and CGST/SGST or IGST as applicable so you can claim input credit.

Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of payment is the price you pay.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). We never see or store your card details. Bank-transfer orders are held for 48 hours; if payment is not credited in that time the order lapses and stock is released.

An order is confirmed only when payment is received. If a product becomes unavailable after payment we will offer the nearest equivalent size or a full refund of that line.

Stock items dispatch from Haryana within 48 working hours of payment. Delivery typically takes 3–7 days by surface courier depending on destination pincode. Shipping charges, if any, are shown before payment. Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please count bundles and note any shortage on the courier receipt.

• You may cancel a stock order free of charge any time before dispatch. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• Corrugated packaging is made to order in bulk; once dispatched, goods are not returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
• Transit damage or shortage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer bundle and the affected boxes. We replace the affected quantity or refund it.
• Custom-printed and made-to-size jobs cannot be cancelled once artwork is approved and production begins.

Custom-print jobs start at 500 pieces and are quoted separately. You warrant that artwork you supply does not infringe any third-party rights. Colour reproduction on kraft board may vary slightly from screen proofs; a ±5% quantity tolerance is standard in the industry and applies to all print runs.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from courier delays. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 where it applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
