Delivery questions
How long after payment is my order dispatched?
Stock orders leave our Karnal warehouse within 48 working hours of payment. You get the courier name and AWB by email and WhatsApp as soon as it is booked.
My tracking hasn't updated for two days.
Surface couriers sometimes scan only at hubs. If there is no movement for 72 hours, WhatsApp us the order number and we will raise it with the courier.
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
Yes, until the order is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with the order number and the new address.
The boxes arrived damaged.
Send photos of the outer bundle and the damaged boxes within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the damaged quantity or refund it.
