Questions buyers ask before their first order
Are the prices inclusive of GST?
No. All prices on PackWorks are shown exclusive of GST so you can compare per-piece rates cleanly. GST (typically 18% on corrugated boxes, HSN 4819) is added at checkout and itemised on your tax invoice.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Stock boxes ship from a single pack — usually 100 pieces for shipping boxes, 10–50 for mailers and 25 for pizza boxes. Custom logo-printed boxes start at 500 pieces per size.
How long does delivery take?
Stock orders are dispatched within 48 hours from Karnal, Haryana. Metro cities typically receive in 3–5 working days; the rest of India in 5–7. Bulk orders above 20 cartons go by part-truck load.
Can I get a GST invoice with my GSTIN?
Yes. Enter your GSTIN and legal business name at checkout and the invoice is generated with your details so you can claim input tax credit.
What is the difference between 3-ply and 5-ply?
3-ply (single-wall) corrugated has one fluted layer and suits items under 5 kg — apparel, cosmetics, small electronics. 5-ply (double-wall) has two fluted layers, roughly doubles crush strength, and is used for heavier or fragile goods and export.
Do you ship outside India?
We serve Indian businesses and MSME exporters who pack in India. We do not ship packaging internationally, but our export-grade 5-ply cartons are built to survive sea and air freight.

Use 3-ply corrugated boxes for everyday e-commerce parcels under about 5 kg; choose 5-ply when the load is heavier, stacked, or travelling by air or sea freight.

Measure your product at its widest points, add 0.25 inch per side for a snug fit (or 0.5–1 inch if you use void fill), then pick the smallest PackWorks stock size that still closes cleanly — a box that is 2 inches too big on each side can double the courier’s volumetric charge.
