What file format do you need for my logo?
Vector (PDF, AI, EPS or SVG) is best. A PNG at 300 dpi or larger works for simple one-colour logos. We convert colours to the nearest flexo ink.
Can I print on a size from the stock range?
Yes — any stock size can be printed. That also keeps the tooling cost low because the die already exists. Only the print plate is new.
Is there a plate or setup charge?
For one-colour prints on stock sizes there is usually no separate charge above 1,000 pieces. Multi-colour jobs carry a one-time plate charge, quoted upfront and not repeated on reorders.
How accurate is the colour?
Flexo on kraft board is a warm, slightly muted print — we match to the nearest Pantone but it will not look like glossy offset. On white board colours are cleaner and closer to the reference.
What are the payment terms?
50% advance with the dieline approval, 50% before dispatch. Repeat customers on the PackWorks account can request credit terms.
