Printing a corrugated box means making a flexo plate and running a press. Below a few hundred pieces the plate and setup dominate the cost, which is why Indian converters quote 500 as a practical floor on an existing die.

Why printing on a stock size is cheaper
The cutting die already exists for every PackWorks stock size. You only pay for ink and the print plate — not a new die. If you only need branding, start from a size in the catalogue rather than a custom footprint.
Artwork and colour
Send a vector logo (PDF, AI, EPS or SVG). We convert spot colours to the nearest flexo ink. Kraft board prints warmer and slightly muted; white board is closer to the reference. Flexo is not glossy offset — approve a dieline before we print.
Payment and GST
50% advance with dieline approval, 50% before dispatch. Repeat customers on a PackWorks account can request credit terms. Custom-print jobs use the same HSN as the underlying box (usually 4819 10 10) and 18% GST.
